About the role
Iron Mountain is seeking a proactive Fleet Supervisor to lead the end‑to‑end management of its local vehicle fleet. The role ensures all vehicles are road‑ready, compliant with safety regulations, and operating efficiently to support the company’s global service delivery.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise daily fleet operations, including driver scheduling, vehicle assignments, and routing to meet service timelines.
- Coordinate preventive maintenance and emergency repairs, acting as the primary liaison with external vendors and internal technicians.
- Generate and analyse weekly performance reports focusing on fuel consumption, maintenance costs, and vehicle uptime to identify cost‑saving opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with DOT regulations, internal safety protocols, and Iron Mountain’s environmental standards.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of drivers and dispatchers, fostering a culture of safety and accountability.
Required profile
- Minimum 5 years of experience in fleet management, logistics or transportation operations.
- Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance systems and transport safety regulations.
- Proven team‑leadership and vendor‑management abilities with a record of improving operational efficiency.
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Very good proficiency in English.
