About the role

We are looking for a Front Office Receptionist to join our Giza office. This full‑time, on‑site position will be the first point of contact for visitors and callers, ensuring a professional and welcoming environment.

Key responsibilities

  • Answer and direct multi‑line telephone calls with proper phone etiquette.
  • Greet and assist visitors, providing a courteous reception experience.
  • Manage appointment scheduling and maintain the front‑desk calendar.
  • Maintain an organized and tidy reception area.
  • Provide general administrative support and facilitate communication between internal teams and clients.

Required profile

  • Proven experience in receptionist or front‑office duties.
  • Strong customer‑service orientation with a positive attitude.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Effective organizational and time‑management abilities.
  • Proficiency in using office technology and software.

Required skills

  • Microsoft Office applications.
  • Multi‑line telephone system operation.
