About the role
We are looking for a Front Office Receptionist to join our Giza office. This full‑time, on‑site position will be the first point of contact for visitors and callers, ensuring a professional and welcoming environment.
Key responsibilities
- Answer and direct multi‑line telephone calls with proper phone etiquette.
- Greet and assist visitors, providing a courteous reception experience.
- Manage appointment scheduling and maintain the front‑desk calendar.
- Maintain an organized and tidy reception area.
- Provide general administrative support and facilitate communication between internal teams and clients.
Required profile
- Proven experience in receptionist or front‑office duties.
- Strong customer‑service orientation with a positive attitude.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Effective organizational and time‑management abilities.
- Proficiency in using office technology and software.
Required skills
- Microsoft Office applications.
- Multi‑line telephone system operation.
