Head of Operations – Luxury Skincare Brand

About the role

Klēa, a new luxury skincare brand launching in Egypt, is looking for a Head of Operations to build the operational foundation from scratch. Reporting directly to the founder, you will ensure every workstream moves forward with clear ownership, deadlines, and accountability.

Key responsibilities

• Track deliverables across all team members, follow up proactively, and escalate patterns rather than isolated incidents.
• Manage vendor and supplier relationships, including manufacturers, fulfillment partners, print houses, and packaging suppliers.
• Oversee Shopify and order‑fulfilment operations, monitoring the backend, flagging issues early, and ensuring smooth order processing.
• Coordinate PR and outreach logistics, handling packaging, dispatch, and end‑to‑end delivery.
• Lead first‑round hiring by screening candidates and presenting shortlists to the founder.
• Own office and administrative operations, ensuring day‑to‑day efficiency.

Required profile

• Minimum three years of operations management experience in a consumer brand, agency, or product‑led business.
• Proven ability to handle multiple vendors simultaneously and hold teams accountable without constant escalation.
• Precise, direct, and calm under pressure, with the judgment to know which problems need escalation.
• Based in Cairo and able to work on‑site daily; remote work is not an option.

Required skills

• Shopify (e‑commerce platform) proficiency for backend order management.
