Healthcare Products Delivery Manager

About the role

Yodawy is Egypt’s leading pharmacy and digital health platform. The Healthcare Products tribe (YTX) is seeking a Delivery Manager to drive end‑to‑end delivery of healthcare product initiatives, ensuring timely, high‑quality releases and alignment across product, engineering and operations.

Key responsibilities

• Own delivery of product initiatives across multiple squads within the YTX tribe.
• Manage the tribe’s delivery calendar, including sprint ceremonies, quarterly planning, dependency mapping and release readiness.
• Identify and surface risks early, facilitate trade‑off decisions and proactively remove blockers.
• Track progress across work streams and maintain a shared source of truth for stakeholders.
• Partner with Product Managers to translate roadmap ambitions into executable delivery plans.
• Champion engineering quality gates such as definition of done, testing standards and deployment readiness.
• Lead tribe retrospectives and drive continuous improvement.
• Coordinate dependencies with adjacent tribes (Retail, Chronic, OPS, Finance) to ensure cross‑tribe delivery coherence.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in delivery management, technical project management or engineering program management.
• Strong understanding of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and when to apply each.
• Experience in digital health, insurance technology or regulated consumer platforms is a strong plus.
• Ability to manage complexity across multiple concurrent work streams.
• Excellent communication skills, comfortable with both engineering teams and senior leadership.
• Data‑driven mindset with experience using delivery metrics such as cycle time, velocity and release frequency.
• Calm under pressure and decisive when resolving issues.
