Senior SAP Solution Architect – Manager/Associate Director

About the role

We are looking for a senior SAP Solution Architect to lead and grow our SAP consulting practice. The role combines deep technical expertise with client advisory and business leadership to deliver end‑to‑end SAP transformations for enterprise customers.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of end‑to‑end SAP solutions, including S/4HANA, ECC and SAP Cloud offerings.
• Define architecture principles, integration strategies and solution roadmaps aligned with client business goals.
• Ensure scalable, secure and efficient system design across functional and technical domains.
• Provide governance and oversight across SAP programs to maintain delivery quality and best practices.
• Act as a trusted advisor to C‑level stakeholders and lead client workshops to translate business requirements into SAP solutions.
• Support proposal development, solution design and client presentations during pre‑sales activities.
• Build, lead and scale the SAP consulting practice, defining go‑to‑market strategies, service offerings and industry‑specific solutions.
• Mentor and develop SAP consultants and architects, establishing delivery methodologies and reusable assets.
• Drive business development through RFPs, proposals and identification of new revenue opportunities.
• Manage offshore/on‑shore delivery models, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget and to high quality standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Engineering, Business or related field (Master’s preferred).
• 10–15+ years of experience in SAP consulting, including architecture and large‑scale transformation programs.
• Proven experience building or leading a consulting practice or professional services team.
• Exceptional client‑facing, communication and stakeholder management skills.
