About the role

Join the Novotel Sharm El Sheikh team as a Hostess and become part of Accor’s global hospitality family. You will be the first friendly face guests encounter, ensuring a warm and professional welcome throughout their stay.

Key responsibilities

• Report for duty on time, fully uniformed and adhering to appearance standards.
• Provide professional, friendly, and warm service to all guests.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of menus, beverage lists, and hotel promotions.
• Handle cash and non‑cash transactions, prepare shift end reports, and safely deposit monies.
• Operate all outlet equipment, including the Micros POS system.
• Participate in pre‑shift, weekly, and monthly meetings to improve guest experience.
• Follow health, safety, sanitation, and recycling procedures.
• Support colleagues across other outlets and perform miscellaneous duties as directed by management.

Required profile

• Outstanding guest service skills with a polished professional presentation.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English; Russian language proficiency is a plus.
• Guest‑oriented, vibrant personality with genuine enthusiasm for assisting people.

Required skills

• Proficiency with the Micros POS system.
