About the role
The Four Seasons Hotel Cairo at Nile Plaza is seeking a full‑time Hotel Assistant Manager to support the delivery of world‑class guest experiences. Reporting to senior management, you will help oversee front‑desk operations and ensure that guest requests are handled promptly and professionally.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise daily Front Desk activities, including check‑in, check‑out and concierge services.
- Respond to a wide variety of guest inquiries, accurately assessing needs and coordinating appropriate solutions.
- Maintain high standards of service quality, cleanliness, and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences throughout the property.
Required profile
- Well‑mannered, visionary, and passionate about luxury hospitality.
- Fluent in reading, writing and speaking English.
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 2‑3 years of previous luxury hotel experience in a managerial or related role.
