About the role
We are looking for a friendly and professional Receptionist to join our hotel team in Hurghada. This full‑time, on‑site position involves being the first point of contact for guests and ensuring smooth communication across all hotel departments.
Key responsibilities
- Handle incoming phone calls with proper etiquette and direct them to the appropriate departments.
- Welcome guests, manage check‑in and check‑out procedures, and provide accurate information about hotel services.
- Perform clerical duties such as filing, data entry, and handling correspondence.
- Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable at all times.
- Assist with guest inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and deliver exceptional customer service.
Required profile
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a friendly demeanor.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks effectively, and work under pressure.
- Previous experience in a similar reception or front‑desk role is a plus.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Basic knowledge of standard office equipment (telephone, printer, scanner).
