About the role
Branding Kitchen is seeking an HR Generalist to join our team in Egypt. This full‑time, on‑site position will support all core HR functions, ensuring smooth operations and compliance with company policies.
Key responsibilities
- Draft, update and implement HR policies and procedures.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, from job posting to onboarding.
- Oversee employee benefits administration and ensure timely delivery.
- Support employee engagement initiatives and promote a positive workplace culture.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and internal HR policies.
Required profile
- Solid knowledge of core Human Resources functions and operations.
- Proficiency in the recruitment process.
- Experience managing employee benefits and benefits administration.
- Excellent organizational, communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Capability to establish systems and structures for employees.
- Prior experience in the advertising or creative industry is a plus.
