HR Instructor – Teach Contemporary Human Resource Practices

About the role

We are looking for an experienced HR Instructor to deliver up‑to‑date training on human resource management. The role focuses on bridging theory and practice, helping learners align people strategies with business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver interactive sessions covering HR planning, recruitment, performance management, and employee relations.
• Develop and update learning materials using recent labor law cases and HR case studies.
• Facilitate simulations of interviews, appraisals, workforce planning, and HR analytics.
• Guide students in applying compliance knowledge and ethical HR practices.
• Assess student progress through projects, reports, and practical exercises.
• Stay current on legal, regulatory, and ethical developments in HR.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Human Resource Management or Business Administration.
• Minimum 3 years of professional HR experience.
• At least 2 years of teaching or training experience.
• Strong understanding of HR processes, labor law, and organizational development.
• Relevant HR certification (e.g., CIPD, SHRM) is a plus.
