About the role
We are looking for an experienced Human Resources Manager to lead the HR function for a leading travel and tourism company in El Sheikh Zayed City, Giza. The role will oversee recruitment, employee relations, payroll coordination and ensure compliance with Egyptian labour legislation.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and manage full HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, personnel administration, payroll coordination, and employee relations.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures aligned with Egyptian Labour Law.
- Manage end‑to‑end recruitment processes: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Oversee employee records, contracts, attendance, leave management, and payroll inputs.
- Ensure compliance with Social Insurance and labour authority regulations.
- Support managers in performance management, disciplinary actions, and employee‑related matters.
- Prepare HR reports on headcount, turnover, recruitment status, and compliance updates.
- Maintain confidentiality and accurate HR documentation.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
- 5–7 years of HR experience, including at least 2 years in a managerial or senior HR role.
- Experience in the tourism, travel or hospitality industry.
- Strong knowledge of Egyptian Labour Law, payroll, personnel and Social Insurance.
- HR certifications such as SHRM‑CP, PHRi or CIPD (preferred).
- Excellent command of English (written and spoken).
- Residence in or near El Sheikh Zayed, 6th of October or Giza (preferred).
Required skills
- Advanced Microsoft Excel.
- Experience with HRIS systems.
