Inside Sales & Technical Office Engineer

About the role

Ready Pack Technology is looking for a proactive Inside Sales & Technical Office Engineer to join its team in El Obour City. You will combine technical expertise with sales acumen to deliver tailored equipment solutions and commercial offers to industrial clients.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct professional phone presentations to promote international brands, generate leads and meet monthly sales targets.
• Prepare detailed technical specifications and customized commercial/financial offers.
• Manage tender processes, study requirements and submit accurate technical and financial proposals.
• Advise clients on the best machinery or material solutions from the company’s portfolio.

Required profile

• BSc in Mechanical or Mechatronics Engineering.
• Minimum 1 year of proven experience selling industrial equipment such as air compressors, pumps, dryers, chillers, packaging machines or pneumatics.
• Excellent written and spoken Arabic and English.
• Resident of El Obour City or nearby areas.

Required skills

• Mechanical engineering knowledge.
• Mechatronics engineering knowledge.
• Familiarity with industrial equipment (air compressors, turbo compressors, vacuum pumps, control valves, packaging and coding machines, metal detection systems, hot‑glue applicators).
