Instock Manager – Build New Business from Ground Zero

About the role

Join Amazon's MENA A‑Now team to lead the launch of a brand‑new grocery category from the ground up. You will own inventory strategy, work closely with cross‑functional partners, and drive operational excellence in a fast‑paced, entrepreneurial environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead daily inventory health metrics, accuracy, and stock‑level optimization.
• Develop and maintain inventory control processes, monitoring shrinkage and damage.
• Analyze historical data to create demand forecasts and recommend order quantities.
• Partner with operations, transportation, and procurement teams to align planning and execution.
• Escalate and resolve inventory‑related issues across networks.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Kaizen, Lean, or Six Sigma methods.
• Train and coach team members on best practices in inventory management.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in supply chain, inventory management, or project management.
• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (e.g., statistics, mathematics, data science, economics, engineering, computer science).
• Strong analytical talent with the ability to communicate concisely and write clear documents.
