Integration & Switch Maintenance Senior Specialist

About the role

The Integration & Switch Maintenance Senior Specialist is responsible for operating and maintaining the authorization switch (TWO), TW‑FIMI and related internet banking services. The role ensures seamless data integration between the switch and other systems, guarantees compliance with PCI‑DSS and related security standards, and delivers value‑added services to client banks.

Key responsibilities

• Configure and manage service parameters for issuers, ATM acquirers, POS acquirers, 3D‑Secure, SMS and email services on the authorization switch.
• Validate and maintain service questionnaires and set up 3D‑Secure on the Cardinal system.
• Implement client‑specific parameter changes and upgrade authorization switch and value‑added service applications.
• Provide support to client banks, respond to inquiries, and coordinate with security and IT teams for PCI‑DSS and PIN security audits.
• Develop and maintain procedures, documentation, and control processes for the switch and value‑added services.
• Communicate with external vendors regarding new features, bugs, and system updates.
• Produce regular reports, performance analyses, and ensure compliance with scheme mandates.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field (or equivalent).
• Minimum 2 years of experience in payment switch operations or a similar environment.
• Very good command of English (upper‑intermediate level or higher).
• Strong communication skills and confidence in interacting with internal and external stakeholders.
