About the role

Andalusia Health, a leading regional healthcare provider, is seeking a Junior Technical Recruiter to join its talent acquisition team in Alexandria, Egypt. This full‑time, on‑site position focuses on sourcing, evaluating, and hiring candidates for technical positions across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the end‑to‑end recruitment process for technical roles, from job posting to offer acceptance.
• Identify and engage top technical talent through proactive sourcing and networking.
• Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers and candidates, ensuring a smooth candidate experience.
• Maintain clear and timely communication with all stakeholders throughout the hiring cycle.
• Build and sustain a strong talent pipeline for current and future technical needs.

Required profile

• Experience in full‑life‑cycle recruiting, preferably within technical domains.
• Strong ability to collaborate with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs.
• Excellent organizational and time‑management capabilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
• Demonstrated teamwork and collaborative mindset.

Required skills

• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment‑related software.
