About the role
Join Mondelēz International to lead a team of field sales representatives and managers, ensuring the execution of the sales strategy and the achievement of annual KPIs. You will be responsible for driving growth across key accounts, building strong partnerships, and influencing category performance. This role combines strategic account management with hands‑on leadership to deliver sustainable market share and profitability.
Key responsibilities
- Manage, develop and motivate a team of field sales representatives, coordinating training with the sales capability team.
- Create and manage an annual business unit plan to meet channel revenue targets and provide regular reporting.
- Build and maintain winning customer relationships to ensure best‑in‑industry execution of Mondelēz categories.
- Lead the development and execution of Joint Business Plans (JBPs) with key customers, negotiating trade terms and promotional frameworks.
- Own P&L for assigned accounts, ensuring profitability and ROI of trade spend.
- Identify and drive category growth initiatives, leveraging shopper and category insights.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders – supply chain, finance, marketing, and trade marketing – to guarantee excellent service levels and flawless in‑store execution.
- Monitor performance against Net Revenue, Gross Margin, and Market Share targets, adjusting strategies as needed.
Required profile
- Strong desire to accelerate your career in a fast‑moving consumer goods environment.
- Considerable knowledge of the markets and routes‑to‑market where Mondelēz operates.
- Proven experience in sales and managing a team of salespeople.
- Excellent organizational and analytical abilities.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Solid understanding of sales and negotiation processes, with great attention to detail.
