About the role

Robert Bosch Egypt is seeking a Key User Manager (Outsourced) to lead sales and business development for the Power Tools portfolio across Cairo. The role focuses on acquiring and growing relationships with large professional users in construction, manufacturing and related sectors.

Key responsibilities

  • Achieve turnover, profit and market‑share targets for the full Bosch Power Tools range.
  • Identify, profile and acquire new key professional users, managing the sales cycle from lead generation to closing frame contracts.
  • Develop existing accounts to increase share‑of‑wallet and deepen relationships.
  • Create and execute strategic account plans, pursue national and public tenders, and negotiate contract terms autonomously.
  • Offer tailored product and service mixes, including fleet management and full‑service contracts.
  • Collaborate with internal Bosch divisions to generate cross‑selling opportunities and integrated solutions.
  • Provide market feedback, competitor insights and user requirements to internal teams.
  • Maintain accurate customer data, visit reports and sales funnels in the CRM system.

Required profile

  • 3‑6 years of B2B technical sales experience with a proven record in lead acquisition, conversion and key‑account management.
  • Direct experience in industrial assembly, construction or metal‑fabrication environments.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Technical Sales, Business or a related field.
  • Native Arabic speaker with professional fluency in English.

Required skills

  • In‑depth knowledge of power tools, accessories and their applications.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems for data management and sales tracking.
  • Expertise in B2B sales methodologies and value‑based selling.
  • Strong negotiation, contract and tender management capabilities.
