Kids Club Animator

About the role

The Kids Club Animator creates a fun, safe, and engaging environment for children aged 4‑12 at Rixos Premium Seagate. You will plan and lead daily activities, entertain guests, and ensure the well‑being of every child throughout their stay.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and lead daily games, sports, arts & crafts, music sessions and mini‑shows.
• Entertain and supervise children in the Kids Club and outdoor areas.
• Maintain safety, security and happiness of all children at all times.
• Prepare activity areas, set up materials and keep the Kids Club clean and organized.
• Communicate with parents about activities and behaviour.
• Support special events, theme days and mini‑discos.
• Collaborate closely with the animation and entertainment team.

Required profile

• Experience working with children in a kids club, childcare, education or animation setting.
• Energetic, creative and enthusiastic personality.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Responsible, patient and caring attitude.
• Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.

Required skills

• Basic knowledge of child safety and first aid (preferred).
