Learning Specialist – Fulfillment Center L&D

About the role

Amazon is seeking a Learning Specialist to drive onboarding and continuous development for employees in a Fulfillment Center. You will lead a team of Learning Associates, ensure high‑quality training, and help staff become experts in their roles.

Key responsibilities

• Accelerate skill acquisition for new hires and existing Amazonians.
• Lead, coach and develop a team of Learning Associates.
• Use data‑driven analysis to identify performance gaps and improve training effectiveness.
• Collaborate with site leadership and cross‑functional partners to remove learning barriers.
• Manage projects to enhance training materials and coaching interventions.
• Support local and AMET‑wide initiatives that improve site operations.
• Identify additional training needs, train trainers, and ensure compliance with safety and HR requirements.
• Recruit and develop internal ambassadors to deliver training.
• Oversee shift execution to meet safety, quality and productivity targets.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of employee and performance management experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, or 2 years of Amazon (blue badge/FTE) experience.
• Willingness to work flexible schedules, including weekends, nights and holidays.
• Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken, written, read).
• Experience in Learning & Development and course delivery.
