KAI Collections is looking for an experienced Human Resources Supervisor to lead its HR function within the fast‑paced fashion sector. The role is pivotal in shaping a high‑performance culture and ensuring smooth HR operations across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the entire HR function, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company’s goals and business objectives.
• Manage employee development programs and performance evaluations.
• Act as a trusted advisor to management on employee issues and HR policy.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and industry regulations.
• Foster a positive organizational culture through employee engagement initiatives.
• Manage compensation and benefits programs.
• Provide leadership on conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.

Required profile

• 5+ years of HR experience in the fashion industry or a related field.
• Proven ability to manage HR processes and systems effectively.
• Strong knowledge of labor laws and industry regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
