Manager People Partnering

About the role

instashop, an online local marketplace in the UAE and Egypt and part of the Delivery Hero group since 2020, is looking for a Manager People Partnering to join its team in Cairo. The role acts as a trusted advisor to leadership teams on organizational design, talent strategy, workforce effectiveness, culture and leadership capability, and turns business strategy into actionable people priorities.

Key responsibilities

• Translate business strategy into people priorities and drive alignment between business objectives and HR execution.
• Lead talent reviews and succession planning to enable internal mobility.
• Advise on organizational health, retention, engagement and capability gaps with data-driven recommendations.
• Develop and run employee experience programs and bridge management and employee relations on demands, grievances or violations.
• Manage manpower plans and budgets, support hiring, and develop, engage and motivate employees.
• Maintain HR systems, data and procedures, and implement performance appraisal cycles.
• Keep reward plans and benefits aligned with the Rewards Centre of Excellence, and manage reporting and analytics for decision making.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in HR or Employment Relations; CIPD qualification or coaching background is a plus.
• At least 7 years of experience in HR Business Partnering.
• Experience managing and influencing stakeholders in complex matrix organizations across multiple markets.
• Ideally exposure to retail / e-commerce, logistics / fulfillment or fast-growth organizations.
• Ability to work in ambiguous environments and to build confidential, collaborative relationships.
