Marcom Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a Marcom Specialist to lead the planning, coordination and execution of marketing communication activities for a leading development company. The role will ensure brand guidelines are applied consistently while supporting the rollout of campaigns, content and events.

Key responsibilities

• Support the development and implementation of integrated marketing plans aligned with business objectives.
• Coordinate and execute marketing campaigns across digital, social, print and event channels.
• Develop, edit and manage production of brochures, newsletters, website content, presentations, profiles and press releases.
• Maintain consistency with approved brand guidelines and messaging across all materials.
• Collaborate with internal teams (business development, projects, HR, management) to align initiatives with priorities.
• Manage relationships with external agencies and suppliers to ensure timely, high‑quality delivery.
• Track, analyse and report on campaign performance and key marketing KPIs.
• Assist with marketing budget monitoring, supplier quotations and purchase orders.
• Conduct market and competitor analysis to support strategic planning.
• Maintain monthly content calendar and weekly execution tracker.
• Support organization and execution of events, exhibitions and on‑ground marketing activities.
• Assist internal communication and employer branding initiatives in coordination with HR.

Required profile

• Proactive and organized individual able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong coordination skills with internal teams and external agencies.
• Attention to detail to ensure brand consistency and quality of deliverables.
