Marketing Manager – Integrated Campaign Lead

About the role

We are looking for a full‑time Marketing Manager to join Tazamun’s headquarters in Sheraton, Cairo. The role will lead the creation and execution of integrated marketing strategies for Saudi‑market clients, combining digital and traditional channels to boost brand visibility and drive measurable growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans aligned with client objectives.
• Manage and optimise advertising campaigns across digital and offline media.
• Oversee brand positioning and storytelling across multiple platforms.
• Control marketing budgets, track ROI and report performance to stakeholders.
• Lead creative and performance teams, ensuring timely delivery of assets.
• Analyse campaign data, extract insights and continuously improve tactics.
• Collaborate closely with clients and internal departments to align strategies with market trends.

Required profile

• Proven experience developing and executing marketing strategies, preferably in an agency setting.
• Strong understanding of the Saudi market, consumer behavior and local trends.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
• Fluency in Arabic and English is highly desirable.
• Leadership, project‑management and budgeting capabilities.
