About the role
The Membership Operations Executive will support the Membership team by coordinating vendor relationships, managing renewal campaigns, and ensuring smooth administrative processes. This role is pivotal in maintaining member satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers to guarantee timely delivery and quality standards.
- Manage and execute annual membership renewal campaigns, including preparation of renewal and welcome packages.
- Monitor inventory levels, report shortages, and coordinate restocking with suppliers.
- Provide administrative support to the Membership team as needed.
- Support member recruitment through database management, handling inquiries, and participating in events.
- Maintain strong communication with members and respond promptly to inquiries.
- Track, compile, and maintain accurate records of departmental invoices.
- Coordinate with Finance to ensure proper invoice processing and follow‑up on outstanding items.
- Prepare weekly reports on invoice status, including pending payments and aging analysis.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- 3‑5 years of experience in administrative work.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
