Offshore Personnel Logistician

About the role

This temporary position supports the Logistics team on the Mina West offshore project in Egypt. Based in Cairo, the Offshore Personnel Logistician coordinates crew mobilization, demobilization and related logistics until December 2026.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee end‑to‑end crew mobilization and demobilization, including transportation, visas, work permits and hotel bookings.
• Manage crew changes with marine agents (sea or chopper), handling immigration, hotel, transport and chopper arrangements.
• Liaise with on‑shore and off‑shore crewing teams to plan personnel movements and crew changes.
• Support coast guard and G26 permit requests and ensure timely issuance.
• Coordinate sign‑on and sign‑off for Subsea7, client and third‑party personnel on project vessels.
• Maintain and update crew movement trackers and log all agent requests.
• Arrange internal transportation for project personnel within Egypt as required.
• Act as primary contact for crew movement activities and provide on‑call support when needed.
• Provide general administrative assistance to the Crewing Team.

Required profile

• Graduate or Diploma holder (or equivalent).
• Minimum 3 years experience in operational logistics, preferably in offshore oil & gas.
• Proficient IT skills with intermediate knowledge of SAP and Microsoft 365.
• Willingness to work extended hours and handle on‑call duties.
• Ability to deliver results under tight deadlines.
