Oncology Business Partner – Upper Egypt

AstraZeneca is seeking an Oncology Business Partner for Upper Egypt to help drive its ambition of becoming a world leader in oncology. You will join a fast‑growing team that leverages a robust commercial portfolio to change cancer treatment practices and deliver launch excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Engage healthcare professionals to promote on‑label prescribing by highlighting product efficacy and safety.
• Identify and address gaps in the patient journey, ensuring proper drug positioning and testing.
• Perform account mapping and stakeholder engagement to build strong relationships.
• Achieve sales targets while complying with company policies and ethical standards.
• Provide relevant clinical data to support healthcare professionals and optimise patient outcomes.

Required profile

• Pharmacy or Medicine graduate.
• Minimum 2 years of multinational experience.
• Completed military or other governmental obligations.
• Valid driving licence.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic.
• One year of oncology, immunology or specialty experience is an asset.
• Strong presentation, digital, and learning‑agility capabilities.
• Experience managing strategic accounts and key opinion leaders (KOLs).
