Operations Coordinator & Maintenance Scheduler

About the role

As a Remote Maintenance Planner & Field Operations Coordinator, you will act as the central nervous system of Nineti’s field operations across Saudi Arabia. You will be responsible for strategic scheduling, rapid problem‑solving, and continuous coordination of technical field teams to maximize utilization and eliminate downtime.

Key responsibilities

• Master Scheduling: Build, maintain, and own daily and weekly schedules for all remote field technicians across multiple cities.
• Route Optimization: Optimize geographic routing to reduce travel time, fuel spend, and technician downtime.
• Dynamic Dispatching: Re‑route field teams in real time to accommodate urgent emergency call‑outs without disrupting preventive maintenance.
• Real‑Time Tracking: Monitor team movements and job progress, proactively resolving client‑access issues before they affect SLAs.
• Performance Accountability: Ensure immediate submission of technical reports and monitor daily job completion rates.
• Resource Alignment: Coordinate with Project Managers to blend project‑based deployments with routine maintenance schedules.

Required profile

• 3–5+ years of direct experience in maintenance planning, dispatching, or field service coordination.
• Experience in fire‑protection or MEP maintenance environments is highly preferred.
• Strong ownership mentality; proactive problem‑solver who does not wait for instructions.
• Ability to synthesize competing priorities in real time and optimize schedules based on proximity, capability, and contractual emergency windows.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency with modern ERP/CMMS asset‑management systems.
