Dwelleo, an AI‑powered real‑estate marketplace, is seeking a creative and motivated Social Media Specialist on a part‑time basis. You will shape the brand voice across digital channels, showcase how AI is transforming real‑estate in Saudi Arabia, and engage a growing community of buyers, renters, brokers, and developers.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, create, and schedule engaging content that aligns with Dwelleo’s brand identity.
• Manage daily posting on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and X.
• Monitor comments, direct messages, and audience interactions, ensuring timely, on‑brand responses.
• Grow brand awareness and strengthen the online community.
• Track performance metrics and prepare basic reports.
• Stay updated on social‑media trends, platform updates, and best practices in real‑estate and tech.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams on campaigns, launches, and promotions.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing.
• Strong written communication and creative content skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines consistently.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and X.
• Basic knowledge of social‑media analytics and content‑planning tools.
• Graphic design or video‑editing abilities (preferred).
