Partnership & Press Relations Specialist

About the role

The Partnership & Press Relations Specialist will act as the bridge between internal teams and external audiences, ensuring consistent, engaging communication across all channels. This role combines internal content creation with external media outreach to support the organization’s brand, culture, and strategic initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Create and manage internal content such as emails, reports, newsletters, intranet updates, and branch communications.
• Support internal engagement campaigns, recognition programs, and culture‑building activities.
• Collaborate with HR and Compliance to guarantee clear and timely internal messaging.
• Develop visual materials that enhance internal communications and maintain tone consistency.
• Plan and execute PR campaigns, draft press releases, and produce external communication materials.
• Manage media relations, coordinate interviews and executive appearances.
• Generate creative storytelling ideas for both internal and external communication campaigns.
• Support financial and corporate communications across the organization.
• Coordinate with agencies and vendors on PR deliverables and assist with event execution and on‑ground activations.

Required profile

• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Arabic.
• 1 to 2 years of experience in content creation and internal communication.

Required skills

• Proficiency in English and Arabic writing.
• Experience drafting press releases and managing media relations.
• Ability to create visual communication assets.
• Knowledge of internal communication best practices.
