About the role

We are seeking a Personnel Coordinator to join our HR team. The role focuses on managing personnel operations efficiently while ensuring full compliance with labor laws and internal policies.

Key responsibilities

  • Prepare and submit social insurance forms (Enrollment, Replacement, Termination) to the relevant offices.
  • Handle work‑permit procedures and medical committee requests.
  • Respond to and track customer inquiries and government health‑insurance requests.
  • Submit required documents to labor offices and other official entities.
  • Maintain employee files, ensuring proper documentation, archiving, and timely processing of personnel transactions.
  • Coordinate with HR and other departments to guarantee smooth personnel operations.

Required profile

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • 0–1 year of experience in personnel or HR operations.
  • Good understanding of social insurance and Egyptian labor law.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Required skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word.
