PR, Comms, Sponsorships & Activations Director

About the role

We are looking for an experienced and visionary leader to shape our reputation, visibility, and brand presence across all business portfolios. The role combines strategic public relations, corporate communications, sponsorships, and high‑impact brand activations to strengthen corporate image and elevate brand equity.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage sponsorships, activations, PR, and corporate communications strategy across brands and business units.
• Develop and execute integrated communication and activation plans aligned with business objectives.
• Craft compelling storytelling for campaigns, events, and corporate initiatives.
• Conceptualize and deliver innovative on‑ground activations that generate consumer and media buzz.
• Collaborate with brand leads, marketing teams, agencies, media partners, and external stakeholders to ensure flawless execution.
• Oversee corporate messaging and ensure consistency across all channels.
• Manage relationships with PR agencies, sponsors, event partners, influencers, and media.
• Monitor campaign effectiveness, media coverage, brand perception, and activation performance.
• Lead crisis communication efforts and manage budgets, timelines, and resources.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Business or related field (Master’s a plus).
• 15+ years of experience in sponsorships, brand activations, PR, corporate communications or experiential marketing.
• Proven track record leading large‑scale campaigns, events and high‑profile activations.
• Strong strategic thinking and storytelling abilities.
• Excellent stakeholder management and leadership skills across cross‑functional teams and external agencies.
• Deep understanding of media relations, corporate reputation management and experiential marketing trends.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in fast‑paced environments while maintaining high execution standards.
