Process Improvement Sr. Specialist

About the role

Vodafone is seeking a Process Improvement Sr. Specialist to lead end‑to‑end diagnostics, process mapping, root‑cause analysis and implementation support for telecom business processes. The role focuses on boosting operational efficiency, enhancing customer experience and reducing costs through Lean/Six Sigma and data‑driven methods.

Key responsibilities

• Lead workstreams within process optimisation projects from discovery to implementation, ensuring alignment with priorities and measurable outcomes.
• Conduct process diagnostics, capture voice‑of‑customer pain points, map As‑Is/To‑Be processes and identify waste and bottlenecks.
• Perform root‑cause analysis using 5‑Why, Fishbone and Pareto techniques, validating findings with data and operational evidence.
• Build KPI baselines, benchmark performance and track results to confirm benefits.
• Draft SOPs, controls, checklists and maintain version‑controlled documentation.
• Facilitate stakeholder workshops, drive cross‑functional collaboration and ensure action closure.
• Support business case development by quantifying time, cost, risk reduction and customer experience gains.
• Prepare communication, training drafts and operational readiness packs for new processes.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in process improvement, transformation or management consulting.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to influence without authority.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification.
