Product Manager

About the role

INDOS is seeking a Product Manager to lead the full product lifecycle of its Smart Manufacturing platform, Garment IO, in Giza. You will work closely with engineering, design, and customer success teams to define strategy, prioritize features, and deliver data‑driven solutions for high‑volume, labor‑intensive factories.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute product strategy and roadmap aligned with business goals.
• Gather and prioritize customer, market, and business requirements.
• Translate requirements into detailed specifications for engineering and design.
• Monitor product performance metrics and conduct market research to inform continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure timely delivery and alignment.

Required profile

• Proven experience in product strategy, roadmap planning, and product lifecycle management.
• Strong background in market research, data analysis, and competitor benchmarking.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree a plus.
• Knowledge of manufacturing technologies such as IoT, AI, or Industry 4.0 is advantageous.
• Willingness to work on‑site in Giza.
