Product Owner (PO)

About the role

The Product Owner drives product vision and ensures delivery of valuable features for the business and customers. Acting as the bridge between stakeholders and the development team, the PO translates business needs into actionable backlog items and guides the Scrum team throughout the delivery cycle.

Key responsibilities

• Define and communicate the product vision and roadmap.
• Own and manage the product backlog.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and refine requirements.
• Write clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Prioritise backlog items based on business value.
• Work closely with the Scrum team during sprint planning and execution.
• Participate in Sprint Planning, Review, and Retrospectives.
• Ensure delivered features meet business needs and quality standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, IT, or a related field.
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in Product Ownership or Business Analysis.
• Preferred experience in the telecom domain.

Required skills

• Strong understanding of Scrum methodology.
• Experience with Agile tools such as Jira.
• Experience with Azure DevOps.
• Good knowledge of the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
