Production Engineer – Sheet Metal

About the role

We are seeking a Production Engineer specialized in sheet metal to join our manufacturing team. The role focuses on planning, managing and continuously improving the production of sheet‑metal components while ensuring optimal use of equipment, materials and manpower.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, manage and optimise production processes for sheet metal products.
• Ensure efficient utilisation of machines, materials and workforce.
• Monitor production quality and drive continuous‑improvement initiatives.
• Coordinate with design and maintenance teams to maintain smooth operations.
• Prepare production reports and analyse performance metrics.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial or related Engineering.
• 2–5 years of experience in sheet metal manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of fabrication processes such as cutting, bending and welding.
• Familiarity with production planning and quality standards.
• Good problem‑solving and communication abilities.
