Project Manager – Construction

About the role

The Company is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead its construction activities on the North Coast site. You will act as the primary on‑site representative, coordinating with architects, engineers, subcontractors and the client to ensure successful project delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Represent the Company on‑site and serve as the main technical adviser.
• Supervise and monitor the labour force, subcontractors and vendors to maintain quality and safety standards.
• Resolve daily technical issues and ensure compliance with drawings and specifications.
• Plan and organise site facilities and plant to meet project deadlines.
• Maintain constant communication with client representatives.
• Hire full‑time and temporary labour as required.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• 8–12 years of experience in construction engineering or site management.
