Real Estate Agent – Commercial & Residential

About the role

B2B Real Estate is seeking a full‑time Real Estate Agent to operate on‑site in New Cairo. The role covers both commercial and residential property transactions, helping clients buy, sell, or rent properties while delivering a high level of service.

Key responsibilities

• Assist clients with buying, selling, and renting commercial and residential properties.
• Conduct property showings and guide clients through viewings.
• Negotiate contracts and ensure smooth transaction closure.
• Maintain and develop long‑term client relationships.
• Stay updated on market trends and property availability in New Cairo.
• Provide expert advice throughout the transaction process.

Required profile

• Valid Real Estate License.
• Strong customer‑service orientation and relationship‑management abilities.
• Proven sales track record with a results‑driven mindset.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Experience in market analysis and familiarity with relevant technology tools.
• Previous experience in the real‑estate market; knowledge of New Cairo is an advantage.
