About the role

OMG Developments is seeking a full‑time Real Estate Agent to join its New Cairo office. You will play a key part in managing property portfolios, guiding clients through buying, selling, and renting processes, and supporting the company’s growth in a competitive market.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and update property portfolios for residential and commercial assets.
• Assist clients with property transactions, including purchases, sales, and rentals.
• Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and potential clients.
• Negotiate contracts and ensure compliance with local real‑estate regulations.
• Provide high‑quality customer service and maintain strong client relationships.

Required profile

• Proven experience in real‑estate sales and property management.
• Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Client‑first attitude with excellent customer‑service skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Familiarity with legal documentation and regulations relevant to real‑estate transactions.
