About the role

As a Property Consultant at Nawy Now, you will guide prospective homeowners through a modern, flexible financing journey. You will act as a trusted advisor, helping clients understand their purchasing power, financing options, and suitable property opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and engage potential clients interested in purchasing properties with financing solutions.
• Conduct detailed consultations to assess financial profiles, affordability, and homeownership goals.
• Advise clients on property pricing, payment plans, financing structures, mortgage alternatives, and eligibility criteria.
• Recommend tailored property and financing solutions aligned with client needs.
• Guide clients through the full sales cycle—from consultation and property selection to contracting and closing.
• Collaborate with internal mortgage, legal, sales, and operations teams to ensure seamless experiences.
• Maintain accurate CRM records, pipeline updates, and sales progress tracking.
• Stay informed on market conditions, financing regulations, and competitor offerings.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience in real estate sales, mortgage sales, banking, or financial advisory.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building abilities.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving mindset with a customer‑focused approach.
• High level of ownership, professionalism, and target orientation.
• Fluent spoken and written English.
