About the role
Bloom Real Estate is seeking a full‑time Real Estate Sales Agent to join its on‑site team in Al Jizah, Egypt. The role involves guiding clients through buying, selling and renting processes while delivering a high level of service and market expertise.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients looking to buy, sell or rent properties.
- Conduct property viewings and tours, presenting features and benefits.
- Negotiate terms and contracts, ensuring favorable outcomes for both parties.
- Stay up‑to‑date with market trends, pricing and availability in key areas such as Sheikh Zayed, October 6 and surrounding districts.
- Provide accurate documentation and follow‑up to guarantee client satisfaction throughout the transaction.
Required profile
- Valid real‑estate license and proven experience in real‑estate sales.
- Strong customer‑service orientation with the ability to build lasting client relationships.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Team‑player who can work effectively in an on‑site environment.
- Good knowledge of the local Egyptian real‑estate market, especially in prime residential zones.
