Procurement Specialist – Project Based

About the role

We are seeking a Procurement Specialist on a project basis to support our Real Estate Development team. The role will ensure smooth procurement operations, manage contract documentation, and maintain accurate ERP data throughout the project lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Support procurement activities and follow up on purchasing processes.
• Prepare, maintain, scan, upload, and archive contracts and related documents.
• Perform accurate data entry and updates in the ERP system.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal departments regarding procurement requests.
• Track purchase orders, invoices, and contracts, ensuring records are up‑to‑date.
• Maintain confidentiality and accuracy of all procurement data.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of experience in procurement or administrative support.
• Previous experience in real‑estate development is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Good communication abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with ERP systems.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
