Real Estate Sales Agent – New Cairo

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Real Estate Sales Agent to join our team in New Cairo. The role is full‑time and on‑site, supporting clients in buying, selling or renting residential and commercial properties across Egypt, the Gulf and international markets.

Key responsibilities

• Assist clients throughout property transactions, from initial inquiry to contract signing.
• Evaluate properties, conduct showings and prepare market analyses.
• Generate and qualify leads, build and maintain client relationships.
• Negotiate offers, draft and review contracts, and ensure smooth closing processes.
• Provide high‑quality customer service and stay informed on market trends and regulations.

Required profile

• Valid real‑estate sales license and relevant experience (junior to senior level).
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Strong customer‑service orientation and proven sales track record in real estate.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proactive, negotiation‑savvy and able to work on‑site in New Cairo.

Required skills

• Knowledge of local property regulations and market dynamics.
