Recruitment Specialist (Hiring Expert)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Recruitment Specialist to join our team in Old Cairo. You will lead the full recruitment cycle, sourcing and selecting qualified candidates for various positions across our pharmaceutical business.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
• Source candidates through online job portals, social media, and networking events.
• Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate qualifications and cultural fit.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define hiring needs and candidate requirements.
• Manage the end‑to‑end recruitment process, from job posting to offer negotiation.
• Maintain a talent pipeline for future openings.
• Stay updated on industry trends and ensure compliance with labor laws.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of recruitment experience, preferably in the pharmaceutical or healthcare sector.
• Fluent in Arabic and English, both written and spoken.
