Recruiter (Remote, Full‑time)

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Recruiter to join InsideOut Hiring’s remote team. You will manage the full talent lifecycle, ensuring every candidate meets our high standards for skill and cultural fit while communicating exclusively in English.

Key responsibilities

• Source top‑tier talent across job boards, social media, databases and professional networks.
• Conduct initial screenings and deep‑dive interviews to assess technical abilities and cultural alignment.
• Maintain organized pipelines in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and ensure timely follow‑up.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and craft compelling job descriptions.
• Schedule interviews, perform reference checks and coordinate background verifications.
• Extend offers and assist with salary negotiations to secure the best talent.
• Provide clear, professional communication to all applicants throughout the process.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Recruiter or in a similar talent‑acquisition role.
• Strong judgment and ability to identify high‑potential candidates.
• Proactive, solutions‑oriented mindset with excellent organizational skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business or a related field is preferred.

Required skills

• Applicant Tracking System (ATS) proficiency.
• Familiarity with modern sourcing platforms and recruitment strategies.
