About the role

Butcher's Burger Restaurants is seeking a motivated Recruitment Specialist to join its Human Resources team. You will lead the end‑to‑end hiring process, ensuring the company attracts and secures top talent for its restaurant operations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing and screening to hiring and onboarding.
• Post vacancies on recruitment platforms and social media channels.
• Conduct initial interviews and evaluate candidate suitability.
• Collaborate with department managers to define hiring needs and job requirements.
• Maintain candidate databases and keep recruitment records up to date.
• Prepare recruitment reports and monitor hiring performance metrics.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum three years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Strong communication, interviewing, and negotiation abilities.
• Capacity to handle multiple vacancies simultaneously.
• Experience in the restaurant or hospitality sector is a plus.
