About the role
Butcher's Burger Restaurants is seeking a motivated Recruitment Specialist to join its Human Resources team. You will lead the end‑to‑end hiring process, ensuring the company attracts and secures top talent for its restaurant operations.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing and screening to hiring and onboarding.
- Post vacancies on recruitment platforms and social media channels.
- Conduct initial interviews and evaluate candidate suitability.
- Collaborate with department managers to define hiring needs and job requirements.
- Maintain candidate databases and keep recruitment records up to date.
- Prepare recruitment reports and monitor hiring performance metrics.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum three years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
- Strong communication, interviewing, and negotiation abilities.
- Capacity to handle multiple vacancies simultaneously.
- Experience in the restaurant or hospitality sector is a plus.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
- Experience using recruitment platforms.
