About the role

Vienna Travel is seeking a Religious Tourism Manager to lead its Umrah and Hajj programs. The role involves overseeing the full travel lifecycle, from planning to execution, while ensuring compliance with religious regulations and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and oversee Umrah and Hajj programs from planning to execution.
• Coordinate with authorities, airlines, hotels, and service providers.
• Supervise visa processing, reservations, and travel arrangements.
• Lead and motivate the team to achieve operational and sales targets.
• Ensure high‑quality customer service and resolve operational challenges efficiently.
• Develop and enhance religious tourism services to improve customer satisfaction.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in the religious tourism sector.
• Strong knowledge of Hajj and Umrah regulations, procedures, and requirements.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
