Remote Rust Engineer – AI Data Training Contractor

About the role

We are looking for a remote Rust Engineer to work on AI data training projects. You will review, generate, and evaluate Rust code produced by AI models, ensuring high‑quality, safe, and idiomatic solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Create detailed prompts and responses to guide AI learning in Rust programming.
• Evaluate AI‑generated Rust code for correctness, safety, ownership, borrowing, lifetimes, and algorithmic reasoning.
• Provide expert feedback, write clear explanations, and rate multiple AI responses based on accuracy and reasoning quality.
• Test AI models for biases or inaccuracies and help improve their reliability.

Required profile

• 1‑2+ years of professional Rust development experience (backend, CLI, or systems).
• Strong grasp of Rust’s ownership, borrowing, and lifetime model.
• Experience with LLMs or AI coding assistants and a disciplined validation approach.
• Excellent English writing skills for technical explanations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
