Retail Agent – Customer Service & Sales

About the role

Orange is looking for enthusiastic Retail Agents to join its Sharm El Sheikh customer centre. In this role you will combine customer service excellence with sales of Orange’s telecom products and value‑added services, helping clients find the right solutions while contributing to store performance.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Promote and sell Orange products, services and value‑added offers, ensuring accurate transaction documentation.
• Handle and resolve customer complaints, coordinating with other departments when needed.
• Collaborate with the team to meet KPIs and improve overall customer experience.
• Support operational efficiency by streamlining workflows and maintaining a positive brand image.
• Manage stock, perform administrative duties and keep records up to date.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university.
• 0‑1 year experience in direct‑shop or customer‑service environments.
• Fluent in Arabic and English.
• Strong computer literacy.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Flexibility to work on a shift basis.
